Seems that things at CA may work just the way I want them to: I can work here on a contract basis (meaning I don’t have to wear stupid clothes or pretend the brand statement makes me giddy), and pursue other things while getting paid. Sounds good to me, and it would be perfectly condusive to my previously mentioned Amazon plan. Right on. Meanwhile, I’m looking for jobs in the Oly region, including this one. Wouldn’t mom be proud?

So, the moral of the story is that I’ll STILL be doing what I’ve been doing for the last several years: putting it together piece-meal. sigh. Maybe someday it would be nice to have a full time reliable job, but I’m afraid it’ll have to be for a company I run. I’m so inflexible!
