Bug-Eyed, Looking Around Desperately
I’m mildly on the verge of losing it. This trip to Paris will be an excellent vacation, but at this point I’m just a tiny bit overwhelmed. For the last four years, my springs have turned into this whirlwind of mad-dash travelling (last year saw me in LA, SF, and Montana in the course of two weeks), and while I’m hardly whining, I will say that I get a little run-down. I am a homebody at heart, and if I don’t get enough time to just sit in my space with all my stuff (I know, I know–I like my space and my stuff, so lay off), I start to go a little batty.

I think I’m going to do a little yoga this morning to calm me down. I slept roughly last night (despite Nyquil–I always sleep poorly the night before travelling), and a little focused centering would do me some good.

I’m hoping I can do blog updates from Paris. My access to a computer may be somewhat limited, but I’ll give it a shot.

In other news, I love meeting wonderful people via the internet. I know, I know, I sound like some sort of online community idealist, talking about how the internet brings us together, but just lookit how kuh-yoot Dori is!
