For those of us in the middle of it, blogging is a delicious community, and no-one knows that better than John “Halcyon” Styn, creator of Cocky Bastard (among many other projects). I met John at Burning Man last year–he had this fantastic pink outfit which included these thumpers–hug-enhancing wrist cuffs. You have to see them in action to understand. He was part of my favorite dance club on the Playa, XARA, which met an early death at the hands of the Nevada wind…but not before I spent some time as a “fondle flower” in the passageway to the chillroom!
Anyway, Halcyon is a true celebrity of the internet, but did you know that today is his 30th birthday? HAPPY BIRTHDAY, HALCYON!
