Hedwig After a failed attempt

After a failed attempt to see Hedwig And The Angry Inch a couple weeks ago, I finally made it happen this evening, along with Terra, Ashley, Amanda, and Amy (yes, all the As do get confusing sometimes).
IT WAS FANTASTIC. Absolutely fantastic. My favorite movie this year, without a doubt. And I’m not the only one who thinks so. Open now in New York, San Francisco, and Los Angeles. Open everywhere Friday.
Perhaps you don’t want to take my word for it. Perhaps your taste in movies is different from mine. For you, then, a story: Andreas and I are renouned for having drastically different tastes in movies. I tend towards comedies and SPECTACLES, which Hedwig certainly was. Andreas, meanwhile, likes dramas, and I’m always teasing him about bringing home random czech films shot through dark filters that involve loneliness, horror, and disolution. Even HE will like Hedwig And The Angry Inch, though. I’m sure of it.
