Surprise!
Not only was my aunt there to meet me for lunch–so was MY GRANDMOTHER. My last remaining grandparent (who I haven’t seen since 1989) and there she was. Weird. It was a fine lunch, they just wanted to hear about what I’d been up to, how my dad was, how New York was. They’re a funny pair of women. They call everyone kitty. “Oh, kitty–how WAS New York? That’s just GREAT, kitty!” Kind of funny.
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.
