I need to have all my Christmas projects finished by, um, Friday. But at least I don’t have to deal with shopping. The nice part about making all your gifts is that you don’t have to deal with holiday crowds. Just your sewing machine. And glue. And other supplies.

One of my crafty holiday gift projects (real life friends & fam should not click that link!) involves roughly 10 drops of essential oil. Taking a lesson from the guys at Haxan Films, I went and bought a small bottle of Lavender oil, made my gifts, then went back and returned the bottle and got my $10 back. Then I used the $10 to buy milk, lettuce, raisins, and oatmeal. HURRAH!
