Today I drove up to Susannah for a visit (and updated her baby blog with a picture!). She’s doing well, and it was great to get out of the city for a day. Yesterday afternoon was spent at Discovery Park in the sunshine, which was also a treat.

Sadly, I have paid a price for all this fun: I have not made it to the YMCA since last Wednesday. And that’s not ok.
