Sadly, everyone else thought the same thing: when Andreas arrived for the viewing at noon today, nine other people showed up…and there’s a second viewing this evening. Sigh. But I have faith that with the help of our rental resume (a landlord ass-kissing technique that’s been helping me secure housing since 1996) and lots of good thoughts (that’s where you all come in), good things can happen.
