Ariel’s Oatmeal

1 1/2 cup filtered water (especially important if you live in LA!)
1/2 cup whole oats (not instant!)
1/3 cup plain yogurt (organic lowfat)
1/3 cup milk (organic lowfat)
1/4 cup raisins
1/4 cup walnuts
1/4 cup shredded coconut
2 tablespoons honey (organic)

Bring water to boil in a sauce pan. Add oats, raisins, walnuts, and coconut. Boil for two minutes, stir, then turn heat down to low. Simmer for five minutes. Turn off heat, let sit for two minutes. Blop out into bowl. Add plain yogurt, milk, and drizzle with honey. Enjoy with premium black tea. Makes enough for one hungry woman.
