I estimate this would probably be about 1 liter of ejaculate (given its viscocity, it would take a lot to soak though, instead of just coagulating on the surface of the jeans). If the boy in question is able to ejaculate one liter of semen, he should immediately move to the San Fernando Valley and begin a career in pornography.
