But good vegetarian food is so hard to find. Be glad you don't live somewhere like Dallas. Even the salads have meat. Tangent: I forget the name of the little vegetarian place I have gone to in Seattle up on the hill. Regardless, if you are ever in Newport Beach, and want to try some vegi sushi (honest), try Zen Bistro. Jinu (the owner) is a master at taking mushrooms, pumpkin, avacado, asparagus, sweet potato, etc and turning them into masterpieces. I would go crazy with service like that.
