This weekend I:

  • Watched the extended version of Fellowship of the Rings, complete with commentary from my friend Thomas, who needs to have a business card that says

    Middle Earth

  • Learned about German soap dispensers from Lisa. When will blogging stop introducing me to intelligent, articulate, fantastically cool people? I hope never. I now have one more reason to get my ass to NYC for a visit.
  • Did laundry, despite lethargy and total inertia.
  • Spent an hour talking to an old friend I lost touch with some time in the mid-’90s.
  • Slept until almost 11am on Saturday.
  • Did happy jacks in the living room. Remind me to show you a happy jack one of these days.
  • Hosted a GoTT meeting. Guess the conference is being delayed until July.
