		<description>Groovy,ill deffinatly have to talk my hubby into it too,we want to stop smokeing &lt;ive been smokeing since 15 and im 32 now,and hes been at it longer&gt;maybe this would be a great way to get ourselves healthy and maybe i wont be such a couch potato ^-^</description>

		<description>Felicia, there are different phases of the cleanse, the easiest of which is the "mild phase," which is still three meals a day...but only cleanse food (ie fruits and veggies). It's an easy way to transition into the cleanse. But you can not graze during the day on any of the phases.

That said, this cleanse isn't as hard as you'd think...as long as you have a buddy! It's hard to do alone, but if you have a partner to cook and eat and share stories with, it's totally do-able. I have NO discipline, and even *I* can do it! :)</description>
