[there was a great picture of a really good salad here, but I accidently erased it.]
JEFB: None
Lunch: Super farmer’s market-fortified salad, raw bar, pear, banana.
Dinner: I prepared a massive spread for Andreas, who has been in SF all weekend. Menu included the above salad, corn on the cob, the last of the magic hummous with veggies, and for dessert? Date shakes again! But the shakes will have to wait, because we’re both too full from dinner to have them right now.

Romain lettuce base with sweet peas, red bell peppers, carrots, sweet pea sprouts and sprouted seed mix. Dressing was a crazy blend of vinegar/olive oil/hummous/sprouted pea/sprouted lima bean/strawberry blend. Pretty dang good!

p.s. the next time you come to SF you have to go to Millenium if you haven’t been there. that’s what almost all the food is like on the menu …. it’s my favorite restuarant in the whole world!!!!

Ooh, and I forgot about the sliced radish! The spiral slicer thinger works wonders on those big white radishes…you know, the ones that look like the radish spirit from “Spirited Away”?
