I pee constantly. Many many times a day and night. Does this indicate too much sugar via juices and fruit? I’ve added some cranberry tea to my diet to counter-act any sugar affects. Naturally, the tea makes me pee even more.
Weight stable, which means I’m at -3 pounds from when I started.
Energy has been pretty normal. I’m maintaining my 3x/week workouts, although I have shortened the cardovascular portion to only 20 minutes instead of 30.

do you think weight will come off later or is that the end of it?

My guess is that I’ll finish the cleanse 10 pounds lighter than I started it. Next week is the kicker, because starting Tuesday, we cut down to one meal a day. Then starting Friday, we start fasting.
Five pounds of that weight will come back right away, but I’ll probably keep five pounds off.
