Today was much easier. No headaches, and no moments of near-dementia. Toughest part of the day was breathing in the yummy smells of pizza at lunch, while my coworkers watched me eat what must have looked like fetal aliens.

Energy level is pretty good, although I declined to go to my weekly African dance class tonight. Between cleansing and re-adapting to a 40-hour work week (+ freelance projects for Shift, PoliceUSA, and Amazon!), I felt like I needed some downtime.

Tomorrow I’ll test my endurance with a trip to the gym at work.

Juicy excuse for breakfast:
Carrot celery apple

Lunch:
Alkalizing sushi, with avos, spinach, shredded carrots, and tomatos. Did not look at all like sushi…sort of strange triangular nori globs. But mmm…they were good!
Disappointingly bland millet with veggies

Dinner:
Stunning orange juice (oranges gifted to me from boss, who got them from her boyfriend’s ranch!)
Yummy veggie curry

Dessert:
Baked apples with raisins and sweet sauce. Stunning!
