		<description>I agree with Tia.  Your body  can supposedly only lose 1.5- 2 lbs of fat per week.  If you lose anything more, it is usually muscle.  Feel proud and move on.  Think how long it takes for most people to gain.  It sneeks on you over, maybe, 6 months?  Then people expect to lose it in 6 days.  
Not healthy.  You have probably done your system a world of good.  Now just go back to how you normally ate, watch portion size, and move your body like crazy!!  I bet you will get to your goal in no time.</description>
