This server move is bizarre. There are currently two different versions of Electrolicious floating around: one on the old server and one on the new.
I’m not sure which is which or who’s seeing what. I think this is the new server. If you can see this, please leave a comment. Thank you.
This is the new server. Most of you are seeing it, but not all. At work, I still see my page on the old server. It’s very weird. I’ve copied over my two posts that got posted to the old server after the shift, but no way to copy over the few comments that were left over on the old server. Oh well!
UPDATE: The new server seems to have finally propogated FOR EVERYONE! YAY!
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.

I can see it. I too am having my share of dr2.net woes… The move ate my mailing list and my addon domain. I think I’ve fixed everything now, though.

Ok, so that means I’ve been updating on the OLD server. I’ll have to do a quick transfer of mah posts over to here, because I HAVE been writing this week, despite what this version of Electrolicious would imply.

I can see this version. But last night, I could also see the other version with the detailed travel report and the post about mind-altering indulgence.
Something similar happened to me when I moved servers. Sometimes, I would get a different version depending on whether I typed in the www or not.

I can see this one — haven’t seen the old one since Monday or so (I remember the posts that didn’t make it to this version.)

I see, too. Is this further evidence of the need for an integrated product?

Heh. And all this time I thought I was the only one on dr2.net. (well, not the only one, but… y’know…). I saw the entry with the pictures earlier today. And now I don’t see it.

Earlier I saw the other one. Now I see THIS one. Freaky. (Actually, I just switched to dr2 too, and at work I see your old site and my old site, and at home I see your new site and my new site).

have you hit ‘refresh’ on the computers that show you the old one? have you cleared out the history and archives of previously viewed web pages? i used to have similar problems, and i usually found that it was related to the computer ‘remembering’ the old one and automatically loading that.

Oh yes. It’s definitely not a cache issue. I’ve refreshed, reloaded, restarted, and all that. This is clearly just an issue of the DNS not resolving. Most clear evidence of this: I can update the old server, refresh the page, and see the update…on the old server.
