New Hooping Video

So, I made a new hooping video. I hooked my cam up to Andreas’ Mac (which is in the livingroom — which means more space to move around) and recorded a 20 second .mov file…which ended up being 40 MB. Can you believe that? FOURTY MEGS! That’s 2 MB per second. Ridiculous. And my video editing software is powerless to edit/recompress the file. Drat!
Needless to say, this video takes a good five minutes to download even with high speed internet. Realistically there aren’t many of you who have the patience to download a 40 MB video. It’s not that exciting, for godsake.

Amaranta, those are the arms of an orange sweater cut off and turned into legwarmers/fuzzy spats. They’re held up with weird sequiny elastic things I had left over from Burning Man ‘99.
