The only time I was able to keep a hoop up in tandem was when I was in front...but even that was just for a few seconds, and a REALLY huge hoop. It's tough!

I suppose it LOOKS sexy, but it doesn't feel super sexy. Well, except for that one time when I tried and I was in back and I accidently grabbed the boob of the girl who was in front of me.

Simone: I have hoops from Anah, Jason, a woman named Holly in Seattle. I've played with lots of Christabel's hoops, as well as hoops made by a friend of her's, Rakir, in Santa Barbara.

Everybody likes different things about different hoops. Christabel's hoops are absolutely the prettiest with that smooth reflective tape, but I actually prefer the grip that the less smooth gaffer's tape provides.

My personal favorites are Anah's. She sells them the cheapest, and she uses the tape that I like the best.

You definitely want a hoop with tape, because the tape adds the weight and grip that make the whole process more fun.

Both Christabel and Anah make hoops in trick sizes. Jason's hoops tend to be a bit larger and more fun for just doodling around.
