I am a keeper user and lovin it. Not only is it a great product but it just feels good not to be using something so wasteful and to stick it to the pad and tampon companies.

the Keeper makers offer this idea for public restrooms, which work for me whenver i've had to do it: take 1 or 2 wet paper towels in the stall with you, and then you can just wipe it out. that works pretty well. but in general, i only have to empty it twice a day, and that's usually in the shower in the morning and then at the end of the day after i get home from work anyway. i rarely have to deal with the public restroom problem.

Taking the Keeper out in a public restroom may be a great opportunity to educate other women about it. I heard a great story recently about a woman who used a menstrual sponge and hollered from her bathroom stall: "Coming out with a bloody sponge! If you don't want to deal, the leave now!" Apparently, there were some interested observers checkin it out. I thought this was a great way to role-model to women that its OK to touch and deal with menstrual fluids in a matter-of-fact way. So GO FOR IT!
