Today, Heidi and I found a rabbit. She’s clearly someone’s house pet, and I made little posters to put up around Venice in the hopes of finding her owner.
I grew up with rabbits, but I’ve never ever met one this sweet. She was immediately relaxed and affectionate, and spent 20 minutes licking my hands and face. That’s quite unusual for any rabbit, let alone a rabbit that undoubtably had a scary day running around outside. Here she is reclining:
