…because then Andreas would be here. If it was Tuesday Wednesday, our bed would also be here, but if I was forced to chose between meine schnoifleine and the bed, I would definitely rather be on the floor with my boyfriend.

Schnoiflein is a word that I made up. It’s fauxGerman(tm), although Andreas’ father (a german professor) said that it was very close to the word for “little snorter,” which I like a lot despite it sort of soundling like a pet name for a coke-head, which Andreas most definitely is not.
“Meine” is one of the most commonly heard pet names I have for Dre, giving any German speakers in the house the impression that I am very, very possessive.

It really should be “Mein” (neuter) or “Meiner” (masculine). “Meine” is the feminine possessive pronoun.
(Oh yeah, us Germans loooove to correct people’s grammar :)).

I wish it was Thursday, because if it was Thursday then I would be home.
