They do not tell you that to them, a "reservation" means "you get first dibs assuming we have a vehicle to rent." My last move was delayed by 2 days because not only did they not have trucks in Minneapolis/St. Paul, they didn't have trucks in Iowa, the Dakotas, Wisconsin, or Illinois. We half-considered having a friend who was coming to the area anyway rent a truck for us in St. Louis and tow her car up to Minneapolis so that we could get the hell out of there. UHaul are Satan.
