One of my friends had a birthday last Thursday. I decided to go all out, and get her the best gift a girl could receive, one which I support so whole-heartedly that it gets permanent placement on Electrolicious. I’m speaking, of course, of The Hitachi Magic Wand (that link is not totally safe for work).
The gift arrived in my friend’s mailbox yesterday, and within hours I received emphatic thank you emails from both her and her boyfriend, who’s a dear friend of mine.
Excellent.

For folks who find the HMW too powerful, a strategically placed towel can turn using it from an overwhelming into enjoyable experience.

Doug speaks the truth. Doug is also an old friend of mine who I met when he was working at Schultzy’s Sausages on The Ave in the Udstrict. HI DOUG!

Electrolicious is more consistently entertaining than The Onion. God bless you. May the little lord Jesus rain down sunshine and cupcakes upon you.

I’ve been putting off getting a HMW for years… are they really that superior to other similarly-designed vibes? I have a knockoff that I like because it’s rechargeable, so no cord or batteries to mess with. But dammit, I hate thinking I’m missing out!!

yes they really are that superior. i used to work at toys in babeland where i swear i sold at least one per shift. while the cordless ones are nice, there’s a point at which the power starts to diminish because it needs recharging. you know that point? the one about 5 minutes too soon? no such problem with this baby. HMW’s are also much more powerful than most of the rechargeable ones to begin with.
and even better? there are attachments you can get if mere vibration isn’t enough.
go with what works, but there’s a reason it’s got a permanent recommendation from ariel and it’s one of babeland’s best sellers.

Yeah… All I heard was praise for that thing for years and years, and I finally boght my wife one and all she does is complain about it and pine for her old torpedo-shaped, battery-operated, no-frills model. There’s just NO pleasing some women!
