		<description>My wife and I most often prepare corn on the cob by roasting, either on the grill or in the oven. Grill = 20 min - 5min/side over the fire. Oven = 20 - 30min. depending on the oven temp. Before adding the heat, we shuck the corn, spray with olive oil, season with salt, pepper and paprika, and wrap the corn in foil. The corn steams itself and the seasoning adds a tasty kick. </description>
