Well, I know for a fact that RATS bathe themselves more than cats. Not sure about roaches, though.

I heard somewhere that roaches bathe themselves more often than cats.
I grew up with them as roommates (albeit the smaller New York apartment variety) however, and cleanliness or no, having to eating your frigging cereal around them is about as much fun as it sounds. =)

You just know that as soon as Ariel looked away they thing just got up and stuck it`s feelers out at her.
“Nyah, nyah, nyah! Foooled you!”
and then Ariel looked back and it
flooped down again, pretending to be dead.

That’s a hell of a case of rigor mortis.
In Australia the roaches are the size of dogs. They’d have stomped you!
