Yesterday I combined three domains (electrolicious.com, electrolicious.org, arielmeadow.com) onto one hosting account with my beloved dr2, saving me roughly $250 over the next year. Don’t get me wrong: I haven’t been paying that much out of pocket — I had free hosting last year thanks to my old job. BUT! Free hosting was gone, and I was going to be paying through the nose. But not now! WHEW! I also cancelled my Vision service that enables my phone to moblog. Sorry, but it’s saving me $15 a month.
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, was published last year.

I <3 dr2.net. I’ve never found a better deal anywhere, and I’ve had 0 downtime for a year.

I just got a moblog over at textamerica.com - it doesn;t cost anything, and it should work with any phone. (unless of course what you’ve cacelled is the ability to email from your phone - period.)

Yup. That’s what I’m talking about. Airblogging.com, the moblogging service I used, was free free free…but it costs money to have my phone connected to the web.
