There is a handy website that shows you which canidate is best suited for you based on where you stand on parts of each issue. I was, and still am, an Edwards man but it said Kerry was !00% perfect for me. You find out yourselves... http://www.presidentialmatch.com/

I've always had this morbid curiousity / political jealousy over you caucus-holding-state people. You may have just put that to rest!

Anyway - I agree w/ you re; Edwards, but I'm still glad that Dean made a pretty good showing in WA yesterday. I'm not ready to see him go just yet. But in the long run I'm predicting a Kerry/Edwards ticket.

Happy Democrating!

I guess it was this Clark quote that got me: I'm against abortion, but there's the law of the land and that comes from the Supreme Court and the law is called Roe v. Wade. And I support the Supreme Court. I have to support the law. [source] To me, that says "I'm anti-abortion, but there's a law to uphold." Pretty shaky ground. But as your point out, he's clarified that comment.

actually clark is pro-choice -- here are a couple of urls: a summary of clark's views by the council for a livable world and a very nicely written analysis of his position at 50 minute hour.

you are way more hardcore than me to get up this morning to go to your caucus. having read a couple of other reports, i kind of wish i'd managed to get my ass out of bed and go.
