There does appear to be a baby boom thing happening in general this month - my niece is in labor as we speak and a co-worker is going in on Tuesday. I wrote up <a href="http://www.metafilter.com/mefi/31168" target="new">a lighthearted post about a supposed online baby boom</a>, and got reemed. Apparently a bunch of heavily trafficed bloggers all having babies around the same time is most definitely NOT discussion-worthy. But talking about it's not discussion-worthy is VERY discussion-worthy. Oh right: THAT'S why I never post on that site. Dude, don’t tell that to the people at Metafilter.
