2Mar2004 Filed under: Journalish1. Our downstairs neighbors are moving out of their apartment, which is roughly twice as big as ours. We are mostly likely taking their place. Cost: an extra $100/mo.
2. We decided to book the B&B near my mom’s house for the wedding. It’s too perfect how everyone can camp in the woods at my mom’s and then walk up the hill for the ceremony & dinner. Cost: $300 deposit.
3. Friday I lost a veneer on one of my mis-shapen teeth. Now my already-imperfect smile is even more snaggle-toothy. I had a dentist’s appointment yesterday to see how much a replacement would be. Cost: $300.
4. Sunday night, Andreas and I unintentionally conspired to kill my laptop. He: left it on the floor. I: stepped on it in the middle of the night. Things looked very bad yesterday morning, but my friend Tim touched the computer and it was healed. Cost: $0! (Thanks, Tim.)

$300 for a veneer? that’s cheap!!! i’ve been thinking of getting some work done on my teeth since they are getting thinner/chipping as i get older, but have been told that it can cost $700-$2000 (yikes!) per tooth for veneers!!! maybe i should ask again….
the B&B looks beautiful!!!!!

$300 is for a composite veneer, which is the a cheap version. A new porceline veneer (which I had before, thanks to my family paying for orthodontic work back in high school) costs $800. I can’t afford that level of vanity.

So what date did you and Dre decide on? I proposed to my gf on Friday night and then she told me the next day we had to get married on August 20th…43 days after her birthday and 43 days before mine. I agreed but only on the condition I get to wear a Petty Blue shirt.

Yay for doubling apartment sizes without doubling rent payments! Yay for cool B&Bs for weddings! Yay for Tim!
