Daily affirmations of a word mercenary
I’m only working 3 days a week right now, and so I have time to enjoy the following:
1. Freelance gigs
2. An intervention
3. Dust bunny wrastling (aka housecleaning)
4. Reading this wonderful novel
5. Solitary lunches at Hopvine
6. Hooping at festivals for public transportation
7. Late nights at Chapel
8. Early mornings sleeping in
9. My favorite season, which for those who missed it the last 400 times I’ve mentioned it, I missed miserably last year. Who is Ariel if not for the spring! Nothing but mucus and a bag of skin. Pitiable!
Hey there. I'm Ariel Meadow Stallings, a native Seattleite who's written my way up and down the Left Coast. Electrolicious is where I post daily randomata, but I also write for a living. My first book, Offbeat Bride, is in bookstores now.

If Wicked is anywhere as good as Confessions of an Evil Stepsister, then it totally rocks. And if you haven’t read Confessions and you’re enjoying Wicked, then read the other one!

Nothing says spare time like an intervention! I hope everything went ok with that.

I read Wicked several years ago, and enjoyed it so much I started rereading it as soon as I was done.
