Yesterday I tried on as much of my wedding outfit as I’ve got. The skirt is still being worked on (it’ll be a two layered cream satin/lime green organza thing), and I still haven’t settled on the shoes … but from the waist up, here’s what I’ve got.

Naturally, I’m having a few second thoughts, but I suppose that’s to be expected. I’m such an atypical bride (er, am I really even a “bride”?) in most regards, but second-guessing my clothes is something I do in everyday life as well, so no suprises there I suppose.

Oh and yes: the headpieces ARE made from simple strips of fabric, so they’re meant to look a little raggy. Note, however, that I just ordered some lime organza ribbon to add in to the mix.
