Daily affirmations of a word mercenary
Yet again, I’m hooked on Radio Nova, Paris’ best radio station. I used to listen to it non-stop, but got frustrated by their limited streaming options and lack of a live playlist. But three years later, they let you listen with real player, quicktime, winamp or itunes, and they have a live playlist. Thanks to the 9 hour time difference, during the day here on the West Coast there are almost no ads, since it’s the middle of the night over in Paris.
Go listen now! Great funk, dub, soul, downtempo, hip hop and other fantasticness. Radio Nova Live / Novaplanet.com

Sweet. I’m listening to it right now. One question, though - is there any way to get WinAmp to display the station’s playlist?
Love your site.

I don’t think so, Brianna … What I do is leave the playlist page open in my browser so that I can check when I want it. I’ve got the playlist page bookmarked at home, but I don’t have the link handy. Basically, if you click to play live, and then stream with quicktime (but press pause) you can see the playlist below the non-playing stream. Does that make sense?

Oh yes - Nova 101.5 is the bad station.
Get thee to http://www.housefm.net as well - it’s London’s last and best house music station (everything else has either gone digital, been tugged by the DTI or plays sh*te). Listen to Clemy Rilley on a Friday night, he’s the man.
