So, I’m still standing at my desk. Last week I had a consultation with the company ergonomics lady, and she brought me a nice bouncy rubber cushion mat to stand on, and a high stool/chair for sitting. I don’t sit very much — mostly just for when I’m proofing documents or doing hardcore writing. But I like standing! It feel good on my legs and prevents me from feeling creaky at the end of the day. Also: I’m more likely to move around during the day when I’m already standing. Love that!
