I attended the wedding of two vegetarian friends last weekend, and they served lots of meat. I understand why, but frankly I was disappointed. Omnivores aren't going to croak if they have a meatless meal, and if you serve 'em great veg food, they just might like it! Yum!

My partner and I are planning a <a href="http://www.michellejones.net/archives/001259.php">non-wedding </a> which will have several vegan attendees. We didn't want our vegan friends to suffer through the same boring fruit and veggie trays that they probably have to eat at every other event and I suspect your very non-boring vegan menu will be quite helpful.
