New camera tests

My new Canon A80 is passing every test I toss at it. (Granted, as only a photo hobbyist, I’m hardly a rigorous tester.) That said, I was sort of in awe of the macro shots I was able to get at Twozdai’s croquet party yesterday. The photo shown here is uncropped. When you look at the shot on flickr, you can see the full-sized version of the photo and see all the hairs on the bee’s legs. AMAZING! I take no credit for this photo. It’s all the camera. I just turned on the macro setting, pointed and clicked. Yay for a good camera!
