Talk all the time you can. Unfortunately, because of work, I was unable to take any time off before the wedding. Thankfully, my husband took time off, and my best friend and parents were here to do last minute things. Let me tell you, it was horrendous sitting at work when I could have been getting ready for the wedding weekend.

I can't wait to see photos of your entire ensemble. It sounds quite fabulous.

Congratulations! I"m sure this week will be great fun.

The Oregonian had <a href="http://www.oregonlive.com/search/index.ssf?/base/living/1091188921189580.xml?oregonian?lvls">an article yesterday on how "more college-educated women are taking their husbands' names"</a>. Interesting article, but I hate that less than 25% of women divert from tradition for a decade or two by keeping their own name, and things start reversing and the media acts like it's a shocking trend. Actually, things haven't been that different for that long.
