I don't think this would reflect on my employer. These are the things that I'm being told are not an appropriate voice for them, which I respect. Therefore, I self-publish the stuff that's not right for them on my own site. I'm not disparaging my employer at all (these snarky comments are not about them — they're about ridiculous movies, which is what the whole website is about), so I think I'd be safe. That said, my employer is owned by a very large multinational entertainment company, so as always, I won't ever be writing much about work itself. I will look into this.
