Have I mentioned that I’ve been doing yoga again? Dre and I started going regularly when our friend Yeshua was offering free classes in July, and now we’re so hooked that we’ve started paying for classes. Wait, it’s worse than that: I’ve started going to classes at 7am twice a week.

I know, right? Me, up at the butt crack of dawn to go do yoga. It’s almost infathmable, but it feels really good and I’m remembering all the nice effects it had on my body the last time I did yoga regularly, which was four years ago.
Yoga has replaced Eschersizing (running stairs at the water tower) which Dre and I did for seven months. Running all those stairs was making me bulk up and gain weight (all muscle mass, but still: the goal is to go DOWN a pant size … not become the pink Hulk).

Well, I’m a huge yoga advocate. I’ve also found pilates to be a good supplement. When I do a class in between, I definitely feel stronger during yoga.
