Today I emailed my latest book proposal to my agency. The culmination of two months of hard labor, I was feeling a little shakey about the whole thing, but the feedback was almost immediate and very positive. Yay, me!

Tonight I did not make it to yoga. I blame my lingering cold and the fact that I have to go to bed early so that I can make it to yoga tomorrow morning. Boo, me.

i have’t been to yoga in at least 2 months, so don’t feel so bad. ok, well, i guess you shouldn’t be comparing yourself to me, but still. i need to go. BADLY.
