2. Jennifer Aniston might be lesbian! Good gossip, if nothing else.
3. I’m having dinner with my cousin! Definitely good.
4. Last night, I went over to Bainbridge to visit with T. (who’s in town from France) and I got to meet her daughter Kayla for the first time! Also good.
5. This is a three day weekend, and maybe I will go to the coast! Good!

Hi Ariel-
I typed a response to your question about the 5/1 ARM, but by the time I finished it was obnoxiously long, so I zapped it. (I’ve got a finance background and work in the mortgage industry , so I had a lot to say on the subject.) I’ll just say that I don’t usually recommend ARMs except in a few very specific situations, and that you should proceed with extreme caution here. I’d be happy to discuss it with you in more detail if you want to email me or IM me.

i was about to start writing a reply that was probably going to be very similar to dave’s! definitely exercise extreme caution when it comes to an adjustable rate mortgage (ARM). take dave up on his offer because it sounds like he’ll give you good, sound, unbiased feedback on what an ARM is and is not good for!
