TLC: Absolutely. We’ll take pics when we’re doing the inspection on Sunday.
As for the plant life: the family that lives there now is taking the pine tree in front. D’oh! I guess it has sentimental value.
Mokulau: Yup, it’s about the same era as Chez Warren. Late-’40s.
