		<description>It's not always just about the money. I lucked out with my house because, out of the multiple bidders, I was the most flexible about the move-in date. Whatever the case househunting can be a stressful process. Good luck!

		<description>Sorry you didn't get it.  The very concept of buyers bidding over houses above the asking price is completely foreign to me.  Where we live, you generally get a house for about 10% off the asking price.  That, and our houses cost less than half what they do where you are.  I guess not *everything* about the deep south sucks. :)</description>

		<description>Thanks to wedding gifts, we have about $25k to put down. I thought this was a HUGE amount of money, until I realized that in Seattle it's really only about 5% of most of the houses we're looking at.</description>
