Hey, everyone. So it turns out that a new comment spam blocking plugin that I started using a couple days ago has been blocking WAY more comments than it should have, including lots of comments from you all. Worse, it hasn’t been telling you that your comments are blocked. Drat!

In related news, now that I’ve got it configured correctly, SpamLookup ROCKS. Highly recommended for Movable Type users. With only two word blocks and the plugin’s TrackBack filtering abilities, I’ve blocked 1000+ comment spams/trackbacks in the last three hours! WOOHOO! (But in other news: eesh, 1000+ in THREE HOURS? Some comment spammer is on a mad bender somewhere.)
