The french door project is finally complete. Whew! For extra drama, here’s the before shot.
In other house-related news, yesterday I mowed a lawn for the first time in my whole life.

manual mower or motorized? a manual mower can be one hell of a workout). even a motorized mower, if it’s not self-propelled, can wear you out if the grass is high and thick.

Philos, for me it’s not an issue of empowerment … it’s that I grew up in the woods (we didn’t ever mow), and have lived in apartments ever since.
