It's a custom-built radio station, but it gives you new music recommendations based on the musicological qualities of the songs you tell Pandora you like. It's very addictive. Last FM was the only radio I could get to work through all my firewalls at work and now I have nothing. The new site design is nicer, too, though a little Odeo-esque.
