It does all the pda-ish stuff I need it to do: email, calendar, reminders, etc, and is friendlier than any windows mobile device I’ve used. Then again, it also costs <i>significantly</i> less and I'm ok with its limitations. I don't need it to access my work email, for instance. I don't need it to act as a full PDA.
