		<description>Should you have bought a condo? Well, if you enjoy gardening/yard work and like having a yard, then no. And if you expect to need the extra space of a house, particularly for having children (I don't remember if you have a stated position either way on that), then no. Having said that, maybe a condo would've been less expensive for you, and maybe you could've found a place closer in to downtown Seattle - though it's questionable whether there're condos that are both less expensive and closer in.</description>
