Ok, so the book reviewed in this article doesn’t seem to cover anything that Thomas Frank hasn’t written about for years … but the article itself is deeply insightful and awesome. If you’re facinated by pop culture, capitalism, and manufactured identities, you should read it. It’s worth watching the ads.
